Streaming Internet Radio with Live 365!

Streaming internet radio is a given these days.   And there are little restrictions on the quality of live live stream you are hearing, unless restricted on purpose.  (which I will explain int he middle of this article).

Back in the infancy of internet radio stations (the mid to late 19op’s) streaming technology was so new, you could actually find music and video downloads that were not streaming at all.   In exchange for having to wait for your audio and video, the sound quality would be higher.

When streaming internet radio came on the scene, including Live 365 who first starting to provide online radio in 1999, streaming was essential to the live radio experience.

It’s important to know that the quality of free internet radio on Live 365 is still much superior to streaming radio quality 10 years ago.  Technology as allowed for better quality sound by a long shot.  By the same token however,  the highest quality streaming radio that you hear today today is what Live 365 calls CD Quality Sound.  Certainly is as good or better than the music you download on iTunes, which is what is implied.
